Navigate Results

Results pane consists of four parts.

1. Operation Toolbar

  • Export: Export search results in CSV format.
    •   Dialog below will be shown when this is clicked.  Check export option and click Export button.  Clicking X in the upper right corner will close the dialog.

 

  • Export FASTA: Export FASTA data of checked hits in the Results Table.  Check the checkbox in the table header row to select all.  Clicking X in the upper right corner will close it.

 

  • Query: Display query sequence.  Clicking X in the upper right corner will close it.

 

  • Output: Display blast search output in html format.  Clicking X in the upper right corner will close it.

2. Navigation Toolbar

  • Jump: jump to clicked query.  Clicking X in the upper right corner will close it.

3. Results Chart

  • Click Accession: Display sequence details at NCBI if available.  If not, display subject sequence.
  • Click Bar: Display alignment details.  Clicking X in the upper right corner will close the dialog.

4. Results Table

  • Click ID: View sequence details at NCBI if available.  If not, display subject sequence.
