Create database
Click "Select Input File" button and select FASTA or FASTQ file. Input File can be plain text, .gz, .Z, or .zip file.
DB Name is automatically entered. Enter the other parameters if necessary and click "Create DB" button.
Selected Input file will be uploaded to the server, displayed in the top table and the database will be created. Clicking the row will display output message. When the status becomes "Ready", it is available to use.
Maximum file size supported is 2GB. If you want to create database from larger file, you need administrator's help. Administrator can create databases from files of any size.
