FASTA data input
Double click BlastStation2 icon, which is in the Applications folder.
Click here. Example FASTA data will be shown in the browser. Copy and paste it in the Input Data. If you have a FASTA file on your Mac, you can also drag and drop it to the Input Data area.
Only blastn, blastx and tblasx are available in the Program section. This is because the FASTA data are DNA sequences. If the data are protein sequences, blastp and tblastn will be available.
