BlastStation2 is a very effective interface program that makes BLAST searches faster and easier to use.  BlastStation2 performs NCBI-Blast or WU-Blast2 searches using remote EBI BLAST server. BlastStation2 also supports standalone NCBI BLAST search on your PC.
