BlastStation-Local provides NCBI-Blast search capability at affordable price with the same easy-to-use interface of BlastStation2. You can use databases available from the NCBI ftp server and/or create databases from your FASTA files. BlastStation-Local is available for Mac OS X and Windows platforms.
